Flat spot UV
Smooth, high-gloss varnish laid precisely to artwork. Perfect for contrast on soft-touch or matt-laminate base stocks — the wordmark catches light without needing plates.
We’ve moved embellishments off the traditional heavy-tooling lines and onto our digital inkjet module. That means you can pair gold foil with raised tactile varnish on the same pass, driven entirely by your PDF. No foil blocks, no waiting for die-makers, just high-end results delivered with digital agility.
The Digijet inkjet module applies flat UV, raised UV and digital foil inline — driven directly from your artwork file. Every label can be different. Every run is economical from 50 units up.
Smooth, high-gloss varnish laid precisely to artwork. Perfect for contrast on soft-touch or matt-laminate base stocks — the wordmark catches light without needing plates.
Tactile, dimensional varnish you can feel under the finger. Layered ink builds up to 150 microns of relief — the physical luxury cue, printed digitally with no tooling required.
Metallic gold, silver and holographic foils applied via digital adhesive — no dies, no plates, no minimum run. Full-area or intricate detail, registered perfectly to the print.
Our free sample pack includes a dedicated Digijet card — the same artwork printed four ways, so you can feel the difference under your thumb before you commit to a run.
Traditional die-cutting needs a custom metal blade — around £100 per new shape, plus the wait for the cutter to arrive. Our ABG Digilase cuts directly from your artwork file: no waiting for a cutter, unlimited shapes, instant changes, micro-detail that steel rule can’t reach.
Hover or tap any finish to preview it on a live label. This is just a taste — we run plenty more that aren't on the site. If you've seen it in the wild, there's a good chance we can print it. Just ask.

High-gloss varnish applied to precise areas — catches the light on brand marks and wordmarks.
Thick, raised clear varnish you can feel with a fingernail. Prints the luxury-tactile cue without tooling.
Velvet-feel matt laminate. Luxurious, quiet, scuff-resistant. A brilliant base for spot UV and foil.
Coarse, grippy tactile varnish — a true sandpaper feel. Strong cue for industrial, tool-kit and craft-spirit brands.
Hot or digital foil, registered to artwork — gold, silver, rose gold, copper and bespoke tones. Down to 4pt type.
Metallised stocks and inks for full-surface shine without the foil cost. Pair with raised tactile for real weight.
Iridescent rainbow shift — limited editions, seasonal drops, collectibles. Prints over the top in full colour.
Clear polypropylene for the "no-label" look. Waterproof, ice-bucket-ready, white-ink-compatible.
Finishes fight if you pair them wrong and sing when you pair them right. Here's what the studio reaches for.
The classic premium spirits stack. Foil lays first; raised clear varnish registers to the wordmark — light catches the raised edge and the metallic in tandem.
Velvet background, wet-looking accent. The contrast is tactile and visual at once — the label feels like two materials in one.
The no-label look with controlled opacity. Print white where you want colour saturation; leave it off where you want the bottle to show through.
Unbleached, uncoated natural-fibre paper with a shot of metallic. Industrial meets luxury — reads as craft heritage rather than mass-market.
A "pull here" arrow that you can feel before you see. Brilliant for on-pack promos and multi-language copy.
Full-colour artwork over holographic shift. The iridescence shows through in highlights — limited editions, event pieces, collectibles.
14 swatches. Real labels, real stock, printed on the same line as your job. We post it within 48 hours — no form length you could tolerate, just your address and an email.

The short answers. If you've got a stranger question, the studio team is one email away — most replies come back same-day.
Yes. Most of our standout work pairs two or three — see the pairings above. The limit is practical: some finishes compete (gloss over gloss), some register better on specific stocks. We’ll flag conflicts at proof stage.
Same as anything else on our kit — 50 units. No plate charges, no foil block fees, no die costs. Digital finishes are the whole point.
No. Proofing turnaround stays consistent regardless of finish count — we proof on the actual production kit, so what you hold is what ships.
Send us a separate spot-colour layer in your PDF named "Foil" or "SpotUV" — pre-flight happens the same day. We’ll send back a marked-up proof showing exactly where each finish lands.
Most of them, yes. Our full uncoated and recycled paper range is FSC-certified. Films (PP, PET) are recyclable where your local authority accepts PP/PET. We publish full spec sheets on request.
That’s what the sample pack is for. Order one, we’ll include a short guide, and one of our label technicians will call if you want to talk it through. No upsell — we just want the right label to ship.
