Multi-page peel
& reveal labels.
Two, three or four pages. Hidden ingredient lists, warning panels, multilingual copy or on-pack promo reveals — all tucked under a peelable, resealable top ply. Printed in-house on HP Indigo digital or Screen Truepress UV inkjet, with industry-leading turnarounds.
A label with more to say than fits on the front.
When the regulator, the translator or the marketing team all want their turn on the same 30ml bottle, peel & reveal gives you a second (and third, and fourth) printable surface — without making the pack bigger.
The construction is simple in principle: a top ply printed with your brand and primary callouts, lifted at a tab or leading edge, reveals one or more inner pages with the hidden copy. A resealable adhesive lets the consumer re-close the label so the information stays with the product.
Every page is printed in-house on the same production floor — HP Indigo digital or Screen Truepress UV inkjet, depending on stock and finish. Four-colour imagery, spot white, metallics and small-text copy all sit on the same colour-managed job. No outsourcing, no lead-time tax.
Variable-data panels are possible inside the reveal — batch codes, unique promo IDs, or region-specific translations on the same run. Warning tactile triangles can be added to the top ply where a raised, physical hazard cue is needed (standard practice for vape and chemical).
Five sectors where a single page won't cut it.
Peel & reveal is a specialty format — it earns its place when there's more copy (multilingual, safety, promotional) than fits on the visible face of the pack.
- 01 Supplements & health
Ingredient lists & dosage copy.
Nutritional panels, dosage, directions for use — the stuff that won't fit on a 60ml dropper bottle. Hidden under the brand face, resealed for the shelf.
See sector → - 02 Chemical & automotive
Multilingual warning panels.
Hazard panels and multilingual warning copy moved onto the reveal pages, brand face clean — BS5609 marine-grade stocks available for drum and IBC use, raised warning tactile triangles on the top ply where needed.
See sector → - 03 Cosmetic & personal care
Ingredient lists & multilingual directions.
Full ingredient declarations and multilingual directions of use — hidden, not cramped. The top ply stays print-led and uncluttered.
See sector → - 04 Vape & e-liquid
Warning panels & tactile triangles.
Warning panels and ingredient disclosure on 10ml and 30ml bottles where a single page is physically impossible. Raised warning tactile triangles available on the top ply. Resealable so the panel stays legible.

Hidden codes, competitions & reveals.
On-pack promos, scratch-code competitions, limited-edition storytelling, QR reveals — variable data on the inner pages means every pack can carry a unique code, without a second SKU.
The boring numbers, made clear.

Two, three or four
Two-page peel-open is the default. Three- and four-page constructions are supported for denser copy — four pages is our cap (we don't run booklet labels beyond that).
4pt on the reveal
HP Indigo and Screen Truepress both hold sharp 4pt serif and 5pt sans on the inner pages — plenty of headroom for small-print panels.
PP, PE, paper, BS5609
Clear / white PP, PE for squeeze bottles, coated paper for matt finish. BS5609 marine-grade PP available for drum and IBC use.
Resealable pressure adhesive
Top page reseals cleanly to the inner page. Rated for 50+ peel cycles and standard shelf conditions. Freezer-grade adhesive available on request.
Indigo or Truepress
Every page can run on HP Indigo digital or Screen Truepress UV inkjet — whichever fits the stock, finish and colour spec best. Both kept under one roof.
Industry-leading
Because the pages are built in-house rather than married offsite, we turn peel & reveal jobs around faster than most of the market. Rush options available — just flag it.
When peel & reveal isn't the right answer.
If your hidden copy is static across SKUs and you have room for a 60×90mm label or larger, a single-page label with a denser type setting is usually cheaper and faster. Peel & reveal earns its place on small containers, in multi-language markets, or where a genuine "reveal" moment carries commercial weight.
Four pages is our cap — if you need more than that, we'll tell you honestly. We don't run booklet labels, and there's usually a smarter construction (a folded leaflet under a single page, a larger base label, or splitting the copy across reveal and visible face) that suits the pack better anyway.
