Two, three or four printed pages on one label. Ingredient lists, warning panels, multilingual copy or promo codes go under a resealable top ply, so the front of the pack stays clean. Printed in-house on HP Indigo digital or Screen Truepress UV inkjet.
A label with more to say than fits on the front.
When the regulator, the translator and the marketing team all want their turn on the same 30ml bottle, peel & reveal gives you a second (and third, and fourth) printable surface, without making the pack bigger.
The top ply carries your brand and the main callouts. Lift it at a tab or the leading edge and one or more inner pages open with the hidden copy. A resealable adhesive lets the customer close it again, so the information stays with the product until the pack is used up.
We print every page in our own factory, on HP Indigo digital or Screen Truepress UV inkjet depending on stock and finish. Four-colour imagery, spot white, metallics and small-text copy run as one colour-managed job, so the inner pages print to the same colour standard as the front. Every ply stays in the building, so you're never waiting on pages made elsewhere.
Inside the reveal we can print variable data: batch codes, unique promo IDs or region-specific translations, all on the same run. Where a product needs a raised hazard cue, we add tactile warning triangles to the top ply (standard practice for vape and chemical).

Peel & reveal is a speciality format. It earns its place when there's more copy (multilingual, safety, promotional) than fits on the visible face of the pack.

Nutritional panels, dosage, directions for use: the stuff that won't fit on a 60ml dropper bottle. It sits under the brand face and reseals, so it's still there every time the bottle is picked up.

Hazard panels and multilingual warning copy move onto the reveal pages, so the brand face stays clean. BS5609 marine-grade stocks are available for drum and IBC use, with raised tactile warning triangles on the top ply where needed.

Two, three or four
Two-page peel-open is the default. Three- and four-page constructions are supported for denser copy. Four pages is our cap (we don't run booklet labels beyond that).
4pt on the reveal
HP Indigo and Screen Truepress both hold sharp 4pt serif and 5pt sans on the inner pages, with plenty of headroom for small-print panels.

Clear / white PP, PE for squeeze bottles, coated paper for matt finish. BS5609 marine-grade PP available for drum and IBC use.
Resealable pressure adhesive
Top page reseals cleanly to the inner page. Rated for 50+ peel cycles and standard shelf conditions. Freezer-grade adhesive available on request.
Indigo or Truepress
Every page can run on HP Indigo digital or Screen Truepress UV inkjet, whichever fits the stock, finish and colour spec best. Both presses are in our own factory.
Dated against the schedule
The pages are built in-house, so we check your job against our own press schedule before giving you a date. If you have a launch date to hit, put it in your brief and we'll check it before we quote.
When a single-page label does the job.
If your hidden copy is static across SKUs and you have room for a 60×90mm label or larger, a single-page label with a denser type setting usually costs less and is simpler to produce. Peel & reveal pays off on small containers, in multi-language markets, or where the reveal itself is part of the promotion.
Four pages is our cap, and we don't make booklet labels. If your copy needs more room than that, we'll tell you at the start and suggest a construction that suits the pack better: a folded leaflet under a single page, a larger base label, or the copy split between the reveal and the visible face.

Send the shape, quantity and copy. A label technician sends options, ply count, stock and an itemised price, and you sign off a digital proof before anything prints. We aim to get back to you the same working day.
