Chemical labels have to carry the brand and survive the workshop. We print for automotive and detailing brands whose labels need to outlast the bottle and stay stuck through solvent spills, workshop damp and warehouse heat. We use BS5609-grade stocks for marine freight and abrasion-resistant varnish on detailing sprays, so your directions and hazard information stay readable until the bottle is empty.
Expect chemical-resistant PP with an over-laminate for harsher solvents, BS5609 marine-grade stocks for drum and IBC use, and destructible vinyls for tamper-evident and anti-counterfeit work. They break apart if anyone tries to peel them off.
We also run a lot of standard chemical labels in volume. Every reorder prints to the spec you signed off, so the hazard panel and colours match the last batch. Where a bottle needs a raised warning cue, we add warning tactile triangles to the label face, or the top page of a peel & reveal.
When warning copy has to run in several EU languages on one SKU, we build multi-page peel & reveal labels of up to 4 pages on BS5609 PP. The brand face stays clean, and you hold one SKU instead of a label for each country.
