Direct thermal labels go through your printer all day, so the roll shouldn’t be the reason it jams. We supply ribbon-free blanks cut to your specific cores and tuned to your hardware, for Zebra and DYMO desktops and high-speed industrial units. Tell us where the label will be used (fresh retail, shipping, kitchen prep or the freezer) and we match the stock to it.
Expect standard top-coat stocks with a 6-month shelf life, freezer-grade adhesive that holds in cold-chain down to -40°C, and wash-away adhesive that comes off reusable containers in the wash.
Every web width from 12mm to 178mm runs on the common desktop and industrial printer families (Zebra, DYMO, Brother, Godex, TSC and SATO), with label length and core cut to your spec. Test a trial carton first, then set up scheduled pallet supply so a busy dispatch line stays stocked.
