Every label we ship is printed and finished in our own factory and delivered across the UK. We run digital, UV inkjet and flexo, plus laser die-cutting and inline metallics. The person quoting you works on the same site as the presses, so they check the schedule before they give you a date.

We own the presses, so we set the dates.
Every step of your job happens in our own factory, artwork check and final reel inspection included. That keeps quality control in our own hands, and the dates we quote come from our own press schedule.

Checked before it ships
Every file is pre-flighted, and nothing goes to press until you’ve signed off a digital proof. Every Digicon job is then slit and checked on the BGM rewinder before it leaves the factory.
Right press, right job
500,000 labels or a short launch run. Flexo for production volumes, digital for short runs and variable data, laser die-cut for one-off shapes. You don’t need to know the kit. We pick the press that suits your run.
One team, one floor
Press operators, finishers and the person you emailed all sit in the same building. If something needs checking, someone walks over and looks at it.
How a job moves through the factory.
The route your artwork takes depends on quantity, shape and finish, but the steps are the same every time.
Pre-press
Our studio pre-flights your artwork: colours profiled, dielines checked, barcodes verified. Then you sign off a digital proof before anything is printed.
Press
Runs under 5,000 usually go on the HP Indigo. High-opacity white on film goes on the Screen UV, and 20,000+ identical labels go on the Edale or Nilpeter flexo.
Finish
Our two ABG Digicon 3s add cold foil, spot UV and lamination inline. Raised tactile varnish and tool-less laser die-cutting run on the Digilase and its JetFX unit.
Slit, inspect, ship
The BGM rewinder slits Digicon jobs to 1-across, separates sorts and checks each reel. Short runs are finished and rewound to your spec on the Digicon Lite. FedEx collects from the factory twice a day.
Repeat labels on a supply schedule.
For established brands with repeat volume, we run labels as ongoing supply, booked in against your own production schedule. Tell us your SKUs and how often each one runs, and we'll quote a schedule to match.
Scheduled & call-off orders
Repeat SKUs on a schedule that matches your production: weekly, monthly, or called off when your lines need them. Ask us about supply terms for your volume.
Colour-matched reorders
Your artwork is profiled once and colour-managed on every rerun, so label 400,001 matches label 1, across presses and across months.
Multi-SKU ranges, handled
Twenty SKUs sharing one dieline, staggered artwork updates, seasonal variants. We hold your specs on file, so a reorder or revision takes one email.
A named contact who knows your range
No ticket queue. The person who quotes your first run is the person you email for the fiftieth, so you don’t have to explain your range again.
