Thermal transfer is the industrial workhorse for labels that have to stay readable for years. We supply ribbon-printable blanks for asset tags and long-life product labels, where a scuffed barcode means kit you can’t trace. We pair top-coated polyester or destructible vinyl with the right ribbon chemistry, so the print resists abrasion and chemicals.
The usual choices are top-coated polyester for chemical and abrasion resistance, wax-ribbon paper for everyday product and outer-carton labels, and destructible void vinyl that breaks up if anyone tries to peel an asset tag off.
Every stock is paired to the right ribbon chemistry (wax, wax-resin or resin), and we can supply the ribbon too. Start with a trial carton, then move to scheduled repeat supply once the spec is right.
